Sales Department

The Department is responsible for marketing and sales, and providing technical and educational support to major clients tailored to the needs of each region. Furthermore, the team conducts market research and analysis of the key competitors, and plans and executes both short-term and long-term strategies in areas such as product development, pricing, distribution, and promotion of the products.
Overseas Sales Part The overseas sales is responsible for finding new overseas business partners, strengthening relationships with the existing clients, and analyzing advertising and promotional activities in potential markets to ensure a stable supply of implants and dental equipment. Furthermore, after monitoring end-user experience, the team proposes and implements product development and policy strategies tailored to each market to enhance the “Leading Position” in the respective region.
Domestic Sales Part Based on the team’s expertise in dental implants and equipment, the domestic sales is responsible for proposing distinct products that cater to customer needs and maximize the company's value. Furthermore, the team acquires new customers, manages customer complaints and provides personalized service for each customer to maximize customer satisfaction.
Sales Support Part Marketing The marketing is responsible for providing essential information for research and development based on its analysis of market trends and customer needs. Furthermore, the team gathers information on the markets and the competitors, and analyzes various strategies.
Technical and Educational Support The team is responsible for creating a favorable business environment through customer satisfaction with the company’s products and services. This is achieved by providing technical and educational support to domestic and international partners and conducting technical seminars. Furthermore, the team offers diverse support services to swiftly address any product-related issues.

The team is responsible for handling manufacturing and production operations to ensure a timely production and supply of high-quality dental implants and dental equipment.
The team’s responsibilities include conducting technical reviews and analyses of the product production processes and procedures, establishing production plans, managing materials, and enhancing production efficiency through quality stabilization.
Quality Control part The team is mainly responsible for quality maintenance, leading quality improvement, and delivering educational programs to nurture a strong quality-focused culture. Furthermore, the team aims to solidify the company’s position in dental implant and equipment markets by providing quality control and overseeing quality management of the subcontractors.
Manufacturing Part Production To deliver the finest products to customers when needed, the team is responsible for developing a production system that effectively oversees both production facilities and methods. This system is instrumental in the creation of production plans, manufacturing, and inventory management. Additionally, the team is responsible for devising, implementing, and supervising operational plans pertaining to equipment, workforce, and materials, all of which significantly influence productivity.
Logistics The team is responsible for establishing medium to long-term procurement plans, enhancing procurement systems, and finding suppliers that can provide optimal quality and delivery capabilities for all materials and components. Furthermore, the team handles the task of supplying necessary materials to both domestic and overseas facilities, and ensures consistent product quality by evaluating and improving the quality of partner companies, and participating in quality stabilization efforts.
